Here is what is new in ERP Plus 3.0.

1. Redesigned Real-Time Dashboard

The old dashboard showed you data. The new dashboard tells you what is happening in your business right now.

The redesigned dashboard gives business owners and managers a real-time overview of the metrics that matter most: today's sales, outstanding receivables, current inventory levels, pending purchase orders, and cash position — all on one screen, updating in real time.

Every widget is configurable. You choose what you see. A factory owner might want production output and raw material levels front and center. A trading company owner might prioritize sales pipeline and receivables aging. The dashboard adapts to your priorities.

2. Drag-and-Drop Custom Report Builder

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we received from ERP Plus users was about reporting: "The standard reports are good, but I need something slightly different for my business."

ERP Plus 3.0 answers that with a drag-and-drop report builder. Select the data fields you want, arrange them, apply filters, and save your custom report. Schedule it to run automatically and email it to you every morning. Export to Excel or PDF with one click.

No more asking your IT team to write custom queries. No more waiting for a developer to build a new report. You build it yourself in minutes.

3. Mobile App for Approvals and Monitoring

Business owners and senior managers should not need to be at their desk to keep operations running. The new ERP Plus mobile app puts the most important actions in your pocket:

  • Approve or reject purchase orders from your phone
  • Check inventory levels across all warehouses
  • View today's sales and compare to yesterday and last week
  • See outstanding receivables and overdue invoices
  • Receive alerts for low stock, overdue payments, and pending approvals

The app is available for Android and iOS. It connects securely to your ERP Plus instance — whether hosted on our servers or your own.

4. Native bKash and Nagad Payment Integration

Bangladesh's business landscape runs on mobile payments. ERP Plus 3.0 integrates natively with bKash and Nagad — the two largest mobile financial services in the country.

What this means in practice:

  • Send payment requests to customers directly from their invoice in ERP Plus
  • Receive payment confirmations automatically — no manual reconciliation
  • Disburse supplier payments via bKash or Nagad from the procurement module
  • All MFS transactions are automatically recorded in the general ledger
5. Improved Production Module

For manufacturing clients, the production module has been significantly enhanced:

  • Multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) support for complex manufactured products
  • Real-time shop floor tracking with operator-wise output recording
  • Automatic raw material consumption based on actual production — no manual stock adjustments
  • Production cost analysis comparing standard cost vs. actual cost per batch
Upgrading to 3.0

Existing ERP Plus clients will be upgraded to 3.0 as part of their maintenance plan. The upgrade process is handled by our team — your data is migrated automatically and your configurations are preserved. Expect a brief scheduled maintenance window of 2–4 hours for the upgrade.

New clients starting with ERP Plus will be on version 3.0 from day one.
