Senior Laravel Developer

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Laravel developer to join our core product team. You'll be working on our ERP Plus and HRM systems, building new features, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement new features for our SaaS products
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Optimize database queries and application performance
- Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
- Mentor junior developers
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel
- Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs
- Experience with Vue.js or React is a plus
- Familiarity with Git
- Good communication skills in English and Bangla
- BSc in CSE or equivalent experience
